| Lytton Place is a two bedroom, two bath, turn
of the century completely restored farmhouse. The farmhouse
is nestled between the Dry Creek and Alexander Valley appellations,
but only three miles from the Healdsburg Plaza. There are pastoral
views of open space and vineyards from the farmhouse.
It is furnished well, and suitable for one or two couples
or a family. Maximum accommodations are five. There are two
bedrooms, one on each floor of this two-story home. Each sizeable
bedroom is furnished with an excellent queen bed with lovely
linens, good reading lamps, and a sitting area. There are
two bathrooms, one on each floor, and both bathrooms have
a shower/tub. Bathrobes are offered for each room.
A full size living room is furnished beautifully and has
a gas fireplace, television with satellite dish, VCR,
CD/Tape/Stereo, and two phone lines - one for conventional
phone and one for on-line.There is a large dining room
with seating for 6.
Adjacent to the dining room is a good sized kitchen, immaculate
and well-equipped. All herbs/spices, condiments, oils, vinegars
are provided as well as food for breakfast preparation.
Lytton Place is an ideal bed and breakfast or vacation rental
for weekends, weekdays or perhaps temporary housing while
moving to the area. It is also suitable as a meeting place
for up to 10 people, with 4 - 5 guests staying over. |
